FAQ HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs will be stated at the shopping cart section. If your countries shipping details are not listed, please feel free to contact me.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship with Australia Post the same or next day of purchase unless we are out of stock and need to make the order that same day, 4 to 5 days depending on your location until you receive your order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS OR IMPORT TAXES? not usually but it can depend and vary through customs.
We accept PAYPAL. Please note that you can pay with your credit card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL account or balance.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We do not refund SALE items. Your purchased will be packaged with utmost care to ensure a safe arrival to the destination, if for some reason there is a damage during transit we offer a full refund/replacement of product including postage cost.
If you don't feel amazing in them we do offer a refund for change of mind with postage expenses being paid by the buyer.
As we do sell our products at weekend markets and a lot of our works are one off or limited edition pieces, we do reserve the right to remove a sale if sold at the market. We do however offer a full refund or remake the item as identical as possible.
