Dear Kultcha collective,

I'm reaching out (again)…regarding an order I placed with you recently. I received a delivery notification stating that the parcel had been delivered and left in a "safe place." However, when I returned home from work, I was unable to locate the parcel anywhere on my property.

I’ve thoroughly checked all possible delivery locations around my home, and unfortunately, there’s no sign of the package. I’ve also contacted my local post office to find out exactly where it may have been left, but I have yet to receive a response from them. I plan to follow up with a phone call shortly.

Unfortunately, my street has had ongoing issues with parcels being left in unsecured or inappropriate places, and in some cases, packages have been stolen. I’m concerned that this may have happened in my case as well.... I'm really hoping not...

I emailed and let you guys know it never arrived and tried to get in contact to sort out what happened and I never got a response or a email back. Sent two at this point and still nothing… afraid I might have been scammed… such a shame cos I was so excited to receive this… saved for ages.
