Dissatisfied

Unfortunately I received the wrong size from what I ordered, I contacted Kultcha collective and was asked to confirm my address so they could send a Return label to which I did and haven't heard back from regarding label. I would like to be able to enjoy my purchase and have tried numerous times to contact the merchant and am getting no response.
I unhappy regarding this service and would like to have it resolved by being sent the correct size that I ordered! Disappointing
